Before you buy	Not sure what to order? Call us or write to commercial@aquafibreinnovation.ca with a photo of your setup. We will tell you what to get.
Delivery	You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For delivery by our team, we call you within 48 hours to set the date.
Return, damaged package or defective product	First write to commercial@aquafibreinnovation.ca with your order number. For damage or a defect, send photos within 48 hours of receipt. We do not accept any return without authorization.
Pickup	Free, at our warehouse in the Quebec City region. Select it at checkout: you receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Live chat	During business hours, a team member answers you. When no one is available, our automated virtual assistant, AFI Assist, can answer you. Never enter payment information in the chat.

Pool or spa closing and maintenance.

Book	Order the service online: closing or maintenance. For a closing, payment confirms your spot, then we call you to set the day based on your area.

Breakdown or equipment problem	Submit a request online, with your photos, on the AFI support page. Remote assessment is free. We handle requests in order of urgency. An emergency call is billed at our current rates.
Service area	In Quebec only, subject to availability in your area. Call us to check.

Your pool or spa warranty	Read the warranty, register your pool or spa, or transfer the warranty on the AFI warranty page. For a transfer, send the completed form to commercial@aquafibreinnovation.ca, with a copy of the deed of sale and a copy of the sales contract for the pool or spa.
